About Me
Hello there! My name is Taz and I am the founder of Heart and Sole Reflexology North Devon. I am a fully qualified reflexologist and qualified Baby ReflexTM Practitioner based in the North Devon countryside. I have also undertaken additional training in maternity reflexology to help support mums-to-be during their pregnancy, Menopause support, Facial Reflexology and Zone Facelift and most recently Reproductive Reflexology so support those with reproductive and fertility needs.
I hold a level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and am a fully approved member of the Association of Reflexologists.
My goal is to base treatments around you and to be as flexible as possible with my treatments to ensure you get the best possible experience!
As a Baby Reflex practitioner I am also qualified to teach parents reflexology techniques to support their babies!
Where to find me!
I work in the Bideford and Torrington area offering appointments from a cosy therapy room based at Aura in Well Street, Torrington on Tuesday evenings and Sundays during the day. On Mondays and Thursdays I offer appointments from a lovely treatment room behind Bideford Foot Clinic, Room 2, 41b High Street, Bideford. Map below shows location of Aura Salon, Torrington. The is limited parking spaces outside the salon which is free on Sundays otherwise there is ample parking in South Street Car Park which is a short walk away from the salon.
Below is where you can find me in Bideford. There is ample parking in Province Row Car Park and the entrance to my therapy room is accessed from there. Please note there are stairs leading up to the treatment room in Bideford so if you require easier access please book in Torrington as this is at ground level
