About Me

Hi, I’m Taz, the founder of Heart and Sole Reflexology North Devon. Based in the beautiful North Devon countryside, I offer personalised reflexology treatments designed entirely around you. I’m a fully qualified reflexologist with a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and a proud member of the Association of Reflexologists.

Alongside general reflexology, I’m trained in:

• Maternity reflexology to support mums-to-be
• Reproductive and fertility reflexology
• Menopause support
• Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift
• Baby Reflex – including teaching parents simple techniques to support their babies at home

My approach is flexible, nurturing, and tailored to your individual needs, ensuring every treatment feels supportive, calming, and truly beneficial.
